Refund policy

IN-STORE & ONLINE RETURN REQUIREMENTS

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE UPON PURCHASE:

  • Adult Toys & Sexual Aids
  • Intimates, Hosiery & Swimwear
  • Bath & Body Products
  • Sale & Holiday Items
  • Edibles & Consumables
  • Custom Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Workshops (see workshop policy per class)

ITEMS NOT LISTED ABOVE MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

  • SHAG does not offer refunds on anything
  • Store credit or exchanges within 14 days of purchase
  • Valid receipt is always required
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition & packaging
  • Opened, damaged or used products will not be accepted
  • Defective items may be replaced or exchanged

IN-STORE RETURNS:

  • Items must be returned in person within 14 days of purchase
  • Valid receipt is always required
  • Returns are for store credit only, no refunds

ONLINE RETURNS:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • SHAG is not responsible for return items lost in the mail
  • Ship back items using USPS, UPS or another traceable method
  • Must be pre-paid & postmarked 14 days from original delivery
  • We will not accept COD - any returns must be shipped pre-paid
  • Insure the package for the full value of the return items
  • SHAG can deny credit if return policy requirements aren't met
