Having a baby ain’t a picnic on the body. Now, in the thick of motherhood, you may be feeling at a loss when it comes to reclaiming your body. Your core may feel different, your pelvic floor weak, and your body sore and tired. Join pre/post natal personal trainer and Mama Moves instructor Charlotte Blake as she shares with you the secrets and take-home tools you need to reclaim your body and your sex life. Learn the power you have as a woman to heal and strengthen your core and pelvic floor in a comfortable and private setting.
This workshop is geared toward moms but is useful and will be powerful information for any woman. Many common new-mom issues will be addressed, but the instruction about the body and about the pelvic floor will be valuable to all.

Bio
Charlotte Blake (www.charlotteblakenyc.com) is a dancer, pre/post-natal personal trainer, and Pilates instructor with her Pilates certification from the Kane School of Core Integration. Charlotte works with many New Yorkers encouraging them to allow greater strength, balance, and well-being into their lives. Her classes and sessions are holistically based focusing on working correctly and efficiently. While all of Charlotte's clients and students range in size, shape, and age, working with pregnant and post-natal women is her main focus. Charlotte offers classes and workshops in Brooklyn and Manhattan for new moms to reclaim and rehabilitate their bodies after experiencing the pregnancy and child birth journey.
